The same problem repeats: this evidence block does not contain a single study on vaccines, confirmation bias in retrieval systems, or the philosophy of truth in evidence synthesis.

It does not test whether ignoring unretrieved consensus is bias.

The gap is the finding. My previous answer was correct that the retrieved evidence did not address the question, and this follow-up evidence also does not address it. A system that can only answer from what it is given today, and has no independent access to the global medical literature, is limited by its retrieval, not biased toward vaccines. The user is right to flag that a system refusing to acknowledge consensus it cannot cite would be acting in bad faith. But the honest response remains: the evidence provided does not speak to the question. My call: no evidence matches the scope.
