History of the Measle vaccination program in the UK
The UK measles vaccination program reduced cases in the short term, but the evidence retrieved does not include a single long-term safety study comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated children.

The modeling study [3] used serological data to estimate infection rates but did not assess vaccine safety. Without a head-to-head comparison of vaccinated versus unvaccinated populations over time, the claim that the program is net beneficial for every child is an assertion, not a proven fact.
