The evidence you are asking about is not about a specific product called "Smile-bright." It is about a general technology: low-level laser therapy, also called photobiomodulation. The studies here test it in dental settings, but almost none test what you actually want: can a mouthpiece device, used at home, grow back gum tissue or stop gingivitis in an elderly person?
