If I male have genital warts is it likely I will pass to my female sexual partner if having unprotected sex
The short version: yes, you can pass genital warts to a female partner during unprotected sex, but the exact per-act chance is not well measured.
Genital warts come from HPV types 6 and 11, which live in skin cells and shed virus from the wart surface [28, 31]. Unprotected vaginal sex puts her skin in direct contact with that virus. The honest answer is that transmission is common enough that it should be assumed possible, but the studies here do not give a clean per-act number. One older study found that when women with warts were treated, treating their male partners did not lower the women's failure rate, which suggests reinfection from a partner is not the only driver, or that both partners were already carrying the virus [1]. That does not mean transmission does not happen. It means the virus is widespread and often silent.
The bigger picture matters more than a single number. Most sexually active people carry HPV at some point, and most clear it without ever knowing [20]. A new sexual partner is the strongest risk factor for a woman acquiring HPV, about 10 times higher than no new partner [20]. So the risk to her is real, but the warts you see are only part of the story. She could already have been exposed, and she could clear it on her own.
What the evidence does not tell you is the per-act transmission rate, because no study here measured that directly. The retrieved studies are mostly about vaccination modeling, pediatric cases, and sex worker prevalence, not about couples where one partner has visible warts [4, 7, 9, 10]. That gap is not proof of safety. It is a gap.
My call: assume transmission is likely enough to warrant condoms or treatment before sex, and tell her so she can decide. Confidence: moderate.
