Let's build on the radiation connection there's a coincidence here we had high levels of radiation in the 1970s when we had a problem and we had a lot of chemicals in the air with the Spanish flu in the early 1900s there was the Hong Kong flu there was all that nuclear testing there's a coincidental tie here that's beyond coincidence with the object of influenza encephalitis the electromagnetic fields the radio waves and radiation from outside of our atmosphere 2017 this planet I hit by a gamma ray burst and there was excessive radiation in the planet from Japan and Chernobyl + a private exchange

Look a little deeper on the radiation connection because it's a common thread there's been excessive radiation and chemicals in the air both times bad air bad water bad food and that my immune system gets mutated in some way because of radiation that could be the reason why. The mutation from the radiation the body is doing is what's allowing these various viruses and everything to kick up that's the beyond coincidence + a private exchange

Can radiation exposure directly cause pneumonia or encephalitis in humans?
The short version: yes for pneumonia, partly for encephalitis, but only at high doses and mostly through inflammation, not infection.
Direct radiation injury to the lung is a real, named syndrome: radiation pneumonitis and later fibrosis. The clinical review describes dose-volume effects, acute pneumonitis that steroids may help, and late fibrosis that steroids do not [5]. In stem-cell transplant patients given total-body irradiation, 20 of 58 developed idiopathic pneumonia syndrome, a lung injury with no infection found, with a median onset of seven months [4]. That is the closest thing here to radiation causing pneumonia directly.
For brain, no record shows radiation directly inflaming brain tissue. The radiation-brain studies are all cell and animal work: DNA damage, cell-cycle arrest, and cell death in neural stem cells [1], senescence in human stem cells [3], and senescence signaling that releases inflammatory cytokines into surrounding tissue [2]. The last one is the plausible bridge: radiation can inflame tissue without an infection. That is plausible mechanism, not proof it happens in a human brain.
| Exposure | Outcome | What the records show |
|---|---|---|
| Total-body irradiation | Idiopathic pneumonia syndrome | 20 of 58 patients [4] |
| Total-body irradiation | Infectious pneumonia | 16 of 58 patients [4] |
| Radiation | Senescence + inflammatory cytokines | cell studies only [2][3] |
| Radiation | Encephalitis in humans | no record |
Note that in the same transplant cohort, 16 of 58 got infectious pneumonia [4]. So radiation raises both: direct lung injury and weakened defense against infection.
My call: radiation can directly injure lung tissue and cause a non-infectious pneumonia, but direct radiation encephalitis is not established in any record here, and infection remains the better explanation for your brain injury. Confidence: moderate on lung, low on brain.

The role of Atg7-mediated autophagy in ionizing radiation-induced neural stem cell damage
The study shows that Atg7-mediated autophagy protects embryonic mouse neural stem cells from ionizing radiation–induced damage by supporting NSC proliferation, self-renewal, and differentiation; knocking down Atg7 reduces autophagy, increases apoptosis, and exacerbates radiation…

Protein Kinase CK2 Regulates Cytoskeletal Reorganization during Ionizing Radiation–Induced Senescence of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells
Ionizing radiation induces senescence in human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) and CK2 kinase regulates cytoskeletal reorganization during this process, via phosphorylation of myosin-9 at Ser1943; CK2a and CK2a' have differential roles, and CK2 inhibition or knockdown modulates se…
