What side effects are most common with Dayvigo, and when do they peak?
The short version: the evidence retrieved does not answer your question about Dayvigo side effects or their timing.
The network meta-analysis of 10 randomized trials (7,806 participants) lists the most common adverse events for dual orexin receptor antagonists as a class: somnolence, nasopharyngitis, and headache, with incidence ranging from about 4% to 14.8% across studies [12]. Somnolence appears dose-dependent for lemborexant and suvorexant [12]. That is the only specific side-effect data for lemborexant in the evidence block.
Not one study in the retrieved evidence reports when those side effects peak during treatment. The meta-analysis covers 1-month outcomes for lemborexant [12], but it does not track the time course of adverse events week by week. The 12-week open-label microbiome study [1] was too small (27 completers) and too uncontrolled to give reliable timing data. The rest of the evidence block is about other drugs, other conditions, or feather microstructure in merganser ducks [9] — none of it answers your question.
