Question explored with the scientific record
Which vaccines have been thoroughly safety tested for long term all cause morbidity?
The short version: the retrieved evidence does not contain a single study that tests any vaccine for long-term all-cause morbidity, so the question cannot be answered from these records.
The studies here focus on short-term safety windows and disease-specific outcomes. The MMR surveillance from China [3] tracks adverse events within days to weeks of vaccination, not years. The Finnish MMR cohort [2] follows hospitalizations for encephalitis and autism, not all-cause morbidity. The COVID-19 vaccine study [7] measures all-cause mortality within 28 days, which is acute, not long-term. The HPV vaccine studies [4, 5, 6] look at infection, sexual behavior indicators, and cervical screening performance, not overall health over years.
None of these studies compare vaccinated to unvaccinated groups on total illness, hospitalization, or death over a period longer than a few months. The longest follow-up in any record is the Finnish MMR cohort [2], which tracked hospitalizations for specific neurologic conditions up to 12 years after vaccination, but that is a narrow outcome, not all-cause morbidity. The respiratory virus study in transplant recipients [1] is about natural infection, not vaccine safety.
What this retrieval cannot see: whether any vaccine has been tested in a randomized trial with long-term all-cause morbidity as a prespecified endpoint, or in a large prospective cohort comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated people on total health outcomes over years. Those studies would be needed to answer the question. They are absent from this search.
My call: the evidence retrieved here does not show that any vaccine has been thoroughly safety tested for long-term all-cause morbidity. Confidence: high, within the limits of this search.

Surveillance and analysis of adverse events following immunization (AEFI) with measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine in Zhejiang Province, China, 2020–2025
MMR vaccination in Zhejiang Province, China (2020-2025, n=5,909,900 doses) showed an overall AEFI incidence of 213.15 per 100,000 doses, with 95.49% of cases resolving spontaneously without intervention and only 68 serious events (1.15 per 100,000 doses), supporting a favorable …

Effect of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on clinical indicators of sexual behaviour among adolescent girls: the Ontario Grade 8 HPV Vaccine Cohort Study
This study provides strong evidence that HPV vaccination does not significantly affect clinical indicators of sexual behavior among adolescent girls, alleviating concerns about increased promiscuity post-vaccination.

Impact of HPV vaccination on cervical screening performance: a population-based cohort study
In a large Swedish population-based cohort, HPV vaccination reduced the positive predictive value of cytology for CIN2+ at age 23, with stronger reductions among those vaccinated earlier, suggesting a potential shift toward HPV-based screening in vaccinated populations.
