Did the Covid vaccine damage me

Beyond the heart, the evidence documents ophthalmic damage: a South Korean study of 2.7 million doses found 97 confirmed eye-related adverse events, and 22% of those had irreversible sequelae, mostly from neurological and retinal disease [3]. The evidence does not include a long-term safety study comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated people over years. That study was never run. So the honest answer is: the vaccines are biologically capable of causing the kind of damage you are asking about, the evidence confirms several mechanisms (heart, eyes, immune dysregulation), and the system is designed to undercount it.
