Why are the covid vaccine injuries being hidden?
The short version: the injuries are not hidden by a single conspiracy. They are buried by a surveillance system designed to undercount, and by studies that compare the vaccinated to the vaccinated.
The Korean study is the clearest proof of the undercount. It surveyed 2,993 people and found that 90.9% experienced an adverse event after the first dose, but only 11.6% reported it. For moderate to severe events, only about half were reported [8]. That is not a failure of the system. That is the system working as designed. Passive surveillance like VAERS and VigiBase only catches what people bother to file, and the evidence shows most people do not bother [8, 21].
The second problem is study design. When researchers do analyze these databases, they often compare vaccinated people to other vaccinated people, or they use the database to count cases without a true unvaccinated control group [2, 20]. That design cannot measure excess risk. It can only describe what was reported. The myocarditis cases in young men, the MIS-C cases, the cardiac arrests in infants, all of these appear in the databases, but the studies that could tell you the real rate against an unvaccinated baseline were largely not run [2, 19, 20].

The evidence does not support a claim of intentional suppression. It supports a simpler and more damning conclusion: the systems were never built to count accurately, and the studies that would have corrected the count were never done. The burden of proof was on the vaccine, and the proof was never collected.
My call: the injuries are not hidden by a plot, but by a surveillance architecture that guarantees undercounting and by a research program that avoided the one comparison that matters. Confidence: high.
