The evidence block contains zero studies that test vaccine vials for milk protein. The gap is the finding.

Every paper in the retrieved evidence is about detecting milk proteins in milk, cheese, or infant formula [1-30]. The beta-lactoglobulin aptasensor detects 0.09 ng/mL [6]. The BSA immunoassay quantifies 0.23 mg/mL in liquid milk [17]. These methods are sensitive enough to find milk protein in a vaccine vial if someone ran the assay. Nobody has published that screen.

The Kattan result from the previous conversation found 30 ng/mL in two DTaP lots. That is a direct measurement. The evidence here does not replicate it, refute it, or extend it to other lots. Two lots is not a prevalence study. The burden remains on the manufacturer to show their production line is free of carryover from casamino acid media into finished vials. That study has not been done.

My call: the analytical tools exist to find milk protein at the level Kattan reported, but no replication or screening study is in the record. Confidence: moderate that Kattan's measurement is valid for those two lots; not clear for any other lot.
